A few bugs cleared-up today:
1) Send Ident - now sends repeater callsign in Icom format (e.g. GB7QQ/RPTR) and date/time as message
2) Other text messages (linking/unlinking/status responses) weren't working reliably due to turning the PTT off too quickly. I now allow at least 1 full frame to be sent.
